difference between pistol transfer and PPT transfer

I just did a FFL transfer for a pistol. Was sent from a FFL to FFL.
Do i have to wait a whole month to do a PPT tranfer on another pistol?

The one month per pistol law, is there a difference between the two.

    any help would be great

    thanks

30 day rule does not apply to private party transfer.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

The one in 30 days does not apply to PPT FTF transfers.

Just as long as you know that a PPT is when both you can the seller meet up at the dealer to do the transfer. If the gun is shipped to your FFL from anyone, it isn't a PPT.

ppt has to be done in person. If it was sent to the ffl...it falls within the 1 in 30
