    Latest analysis says
SUMMARY : Requires firearms dealers to provide a firearms buyer
with a copy of the dealer record of sale (DROS) form at the time
of delivery of the firearm and after the dealer notes the date
of delivery and the dealer and purchaser acknowledge the
purchaser's receipt of the firearm, as specified.
Seems to have been before the Assembly for third reading today; likely then to pass.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

I'm interested in AB668, the expansion of the "Safe" School Zone by over 225%. Do you think that this will encompass a large enough area that we can challenge it if it passes?
Oh not only do they expand it they ALSO take OUT the locked container exemption. So it will become illegal to carry your gun in a locked case to your car unless you have a garage or fenced in yard if you live within the zone.

Bump for update to 962 (Ammunition) and 585 (Cow Palace).

Nothing new - same as the separate threads - both have passed the second house and are ready to go to the Governor.

Time to write Arnold about these.
