    "National Emergency Centers Establishment Act"???

Maybe they got tired of the criticism of FEMA that came after Katrina.

Anybody know anything about this bill:

Text of H.R. 645 (111th): National Emergency Centers Establishment Act as of Jan. 22, 2009 (Introduced version). H.R. 645 (111th): National Emergency Centers Establishment Act

This was discussed a couple of weeks ago.

It was introduced by a democrat, so it must be good for us.
"Did I say "republic?" By God, yes, I said "republic!" Long live the glorious republic of the United States of America. Damn democracy. It is a fraudulent term used, often by ignorant persons but no less often by intellectual fakers, to describe an infamous mixture of socialism, miscegenation, graft, confiscation of property and denial of personal rights to individuals whose virtuous principles make them offensive." - Westbrook Pegler

Did we say "Concentration Camps"? We meant "Happy Camps", where prisoners, I mean citizens will receive food, water, and the finest medical care..

In some regards, it makes sense to find a new use for deactivated or close military bases. Such installations would be turned over to the DHS, a civil organization.

But prison camps? Re-education camps? Time for

I know, I know. My mother is a wacky christian extremist who thinks that way....however. Given history....how the German citizens were mislead about the camps there....

I'm not sure if I have enough ammo to shoot my way into the mountains when this comes. The smart move would be to go now.

You know, living in a state that has an abundance of both earthquakes and overpasses, I'm comforted by the idea of white male construction workers.
