Data loss is a dupe, but I have not seen anything before on this "privacy waiver" that the DOJ is apparently attempting add to the regs. One more strike against registration...

That thread doesn't specifically call out the liability exemption, which it seems basically absolves the DOJ of any & all liability if they are hacked / breached and your RAW & all related info is made public.
