I drew the line on July 4th last year when I saw Moonbeam signed all these laws in.

Ive been living on some acreage up in the sierra's but dealing with bay area people for my living on a daily basis, taxes, cost of workmans comp, the pot growers, liberal insanity at every corner, and now these gun laws?
No thanks, Im gone this year.
I won't comply, register or neuter my rifles, I will take my business to another state.

This thread is a joke. Anonymous nonspecific chestbeating nonsense. Platitudes and hot air. A flaccid, leaky balloon of cyber nonsense.

The line has already been crossed. I have decided that the state has lost the moral authority to govern me. They are just a bunch of criminals... no different than the mafia.

Do not comply. Subvert their laws wherever possible.

If you want to make a real "stand" you need to throw that loaded AW over your shoulder and march on the State Capitol like the Black Panthers did. They made a real "stand."
Oh, and don't forget your P-Mag 30 rounders.
Just quietly refusing to register or go featureless is feeble.

If you do march on the State Capitol, please let us know how that works out for you, your family and your job.

I'll be sure to let you know

It's to bad most of the members here have no back bone & will continue to comply to these traitorous laws.

It has already been drawn and you will have to guess just like the CaLeg and CaDOJ has to.

Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim -- when he defends himself -- as a criminal. Bastiat

Your chest thumping diatribe, while entertaining, is comical at best.

Personally, I need to provide for my family, pay my mortgage and be a contributing member of society.

Becoming a felon does not sound like a means to an end for those above goals.

For me, I will probably not register and not run featureless. I will probably just separate my uppers from my lowers and put them in the safe. I do not intend to take out armed intruders with my AR anyways. I have handguns stashed around the house for that.

My ARs are for fun shooting or if SHTF (earthquake) and it gets nasty in CA (katrina style)

Until then, I wish you God speed in your quest to become a felon.

That red line in Syria? It was rescinded.

Wait, so you can just separate the uppers from lowers and you're exempt from featureless & registration? My quest to become a felon shall be a good one!

That is what has been told to me by some posters in some other threads.

I am not a lawyer nor have I even read the regs so I cannot say for any certainty.

Ok, I'll play. Confiscation is where I draw the line. I'm sure that's where almost everyone else draws the line and that's why "they" haven't done it. They're playing the long game and they own the board at the moment. I can't say it will always be that way, but that's the reality right now. Not complying just invites them to strip you of your rights and ruin your life. If you don't have a law degree, the best way you can fight is to donate to someone that can fight for you.

They will not think twice about ruining your life. They do not care about your situation. You play, you pay - even if you're the nicest guy on the planet.
