Will there be a counter offensive fund in addition to or as a subset of the defense one? One to pursue malicious prosecution charges and damages against those who did this to Theseus and others in his shoes. First, this is to support Theseus.
CGF is facilitating earmarked donations to Theseus' defense. Money raised that isn't marked for Theseus' case goes to the general fund and not Theseus' defense. Money earmarked for Theseus goes to his defense and if anything is left over after he has paid and the donations are added on top, that overage will return to the CGF general fund.
This just makes accepting donations much easier for his counsel and adds the benefit of likley tax deductibality for those donors.
