So, the new laws that have been signed by Brown, have previously been VETOED by Brown on the basis that they will do nothing to prevent crime. Virtually all of the bills that have been signed, have previously been vetoed for just this reason. Is this not an excellent defense in the courts to repeal these new laws?

San Bernardino.

I remember watching the press conference he had right after it happened. It was the most angry I had ever seen him. Right then I knew that almost any anti law that crossed his desk was going to get signed.

San Bernardino showed how useless existing laws are and as fired up as Brown was De Leon and the rest of the grabbers knew whatever they could get to Brown's desk would be signed. It was the perfect opportunity to reintroduce all the previously vetoed bills.
