They aren't already? The media has assured me that all crimes are committed with legally purchased (using the gun show loop hole), full auto, weapons of war.

When we are able to use our semi autos as they were designed to be used again I'll bother wasting time on discussing or taking this poll...until then how about we focus on the semis that are being banned...

NO bargain...AZ is more than willing to take my company, employees, tax dollars and firearms and they have even told me they would give me a little welcoming ceremony...

This state has taken and given out my money to the lazy for long enough.

Yes. Is it practical. No. Contrary to what you see in the movies, fully automatic in the military is not used except for the automatic machine gunner in a rifle squad due to the inaccuracy of it. Automatic gunfire is only used to suppress the enemy and keep them from advancing while the other rifleman pop up and take well aimed shots and advance.

What do you mean should they be legal to own? They are legal to own in 41 states, including in all three states that border California.

Like in your other thread, you are revealing your limited California-only point of view.

Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.

Sure, but we here in California have bigger fish to fry. like keeping out semi-autos.

I voted no because I don’t think it would a good for them to be carried at the owners discretion. That being said I think anybody that wants one should be able to if they pass all the background checks. But in all reality it will never happen in some states unless we get federal control over all gun laws on a nationwide basis.

If someone can afford the ammo...why not?
