The "right people" have always told us that the Moonbeamer is a "friend to gun owners" as he grew up hunting and is a gun owner himself. All we'd need to assure a veto from Jerry would be to email him and / or call his office.
That doesn't seem to have been too effective a tactic.
Apparently the word "friend" may be loosely defined.

Next week I'm taking every dollar I would've given to FPC if I hadn't stopped donating to 'em and going over to Cache Creek, where I'll put it all on one hand of blackjack.
