Why has Jerry Brown violated his oath to support our constitutional rights?

Why do our politicians believe that disarming Americans will lower the threat of terrorist attacks? These new laws were drafted by our politicians in response to the San Bernardino and Florida terrorist attacks. Law abiding citizens are being limited to relying on our government for our personal self defense. Where were our "government protectors" during these attacks? How does this benefit public safety when history has shown us that our "protectors" will not be there in the moment of need?

Every citizen should have the individual right to defend themselves with modern firearms. These bills leave us limited to using antique firearms. Guns, just like everything else, have advanced and evolved, but we are being told by our government that law abiding gun owners of modern semi automatic rifles create a safety hazard for the general public.

We need educated policy makers that don't let terrorists drive their decisions to violate our constitutional rights. Sorry for my rants, I'm a little upset about these new laws!

I have read a bunch of posts from cal gunners asking how these new laws will affect them and even more questions regarding the removal of a bullet bullet after registartion. What about more discussions and talk about how we can defeat this violation to our civil rights? How can we as citizens stand by and watch our crazy politicians take away our rights? When will it end? What can we do?

Gun control is not about crime! It is about control............Total control!

Let that sink in deep and never forget it!!!!

The America that you and I know is dying! We will see a one party system nation wide soon. It is gonna get interesting!

We have people in high places already talking about doing away with the Constitution!!! " It is out dated and hinders us!!"

Now ask your self "why do they want to take away my guns?"

        Take care

It's not about disarming criminals or terrorists and never has been. It's about disarming you. These laws are doing EXACTLY what they're designed to do. They just use the crime or terrorist angle to tug on the emotions of the brainwashed consumers being kicked out of public schools and universities. I would guess less than 10% of the population cares about any of this either way. Up until recently, the 2A has protected the rights of the freedom loving minority. But with the death of Scalia and the USSC effectively hamstrung, along with the treasonous 9th circuit, they're using this excuse to shove through everything they can get away with.

This will not end until either the Supreme court stomps on them, and then they'll just ignore them like DC did after Heller, or the USSC effectively repeals the 2A. At that point, we may see things get bloody. Or we roll over and let them win.

I really do want to be wrong. But I don't think I will be.

            1911 – Turkey disarmed it's citizens, and between 1915 – 1917 they murdered 1.5 million Armenians. 1929 – Russia disarmed it's citizens, and between 1929 – 1953 they murdered 20 million Russians. 1935 – China disarmed it's citizens, and between 1948 – 1952 they murdered 20 million Chinese.

Governments have killed more people than any terrorist and mass shooter combined. Have people forgot why we have the second amendment? How can we get our rights back in a peaceful and legal manner?

So have cops and teachers. As a teacher I was sworn to uphold and protect the Constitution, yet many teachers openly speak out against gun ownership and the 2nd when indoctrinating our kids.

They violate the oath of office because it means nothing to them. Michael Savage went as far as saying that liberals have a mental disorder. They are the type of people you don't want your daughter marrying due to their lack of morality, immaturity, they are nasty, mean, and hateful. They are self-serving and their word means nothing.
Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Because he is a Democrat, if you need more information than that...take a look at their voting record here and the anti American Communist filth that spews from Shrillery's mouth.

Check out this thread, we're working on a signature gathering drive for a referendum to veto these bills. We have a small window and a chance to get it on the ballot for November.

At the battle of Lexington and Concord, the British marched on the Patriots to confiscate arms and ammo.

                              The Patriots did not comply.

                              Happy Independence Day.
