The guys who keep proposing that idea over and over and over and over and over again just don't seem to get that.

Then the next thing they usually say is "Get the signatures and get it on a ballot." as if that is cheap and easy to do. They have no clue about the millions of dollars and thousands of paid signature gatherers that takes. They certainly don't have millions of dollars, but they expect other people to just put up the money for them.

We have them, they just aren't being enforced. New Laws won't be followed or enforced either.
