For any LGBTs out there looking for training, in addition to Pink Pistols and Gays With Guns I just found a Google map that displays Gay friendly firearms training. Apparently it's exploding with new addition as every days! Seems an untapped market is being realized.

To some of the responses above, let me clarify. When I get frustrated by people who don't understand the 2A I did not mean those on CGN or anybody else that cherishes the 2A. What I was referring to were non-gun people who think that we cherish the 2A only because we like our hobby. And those people see guns pretty much as a hobby. I would suspect that most of us don't own guns simply because of the hobby aspect of it.
I do know some non-gun people who support the 2A and do so because they think that people should be able to protect themselves with a gun. That is refreshing to hear. But some of those people then debate what type of gun you should be able to own. "Isn't a shotgun good enough?" That is when I get frustrated.
Of course, the 2A is about preserving our right to own firearms. I think any of us here clearly understand that.
The reason I say that the 2A isn't really about guns is because I like to stress that the 2A, at a higher level, is meant for preserving the right of free men to preserve their freedom. And with firearms being the ultimate method to ensure that. In my experience, most non-gun people don't see the 2A as a civil liberties thing.
That was my main point, which I obviously didn't state very well.Comment

So two places that keep deleting my OP-ED "Letter to Grace" reply is "CommonDreams.org" and PopularResistance.org.
Thus they both just got my final reply:
The most basic thing you seem to completely overlook when censoring my OP-ED reply to Grace Dolan Sandrino piece is to do so is mind boggling hypocritical. If the 1st amendment applies to her OP-ED –then it should ALSO apply to voices that can show a well written, deeply respectful, empathizing yet validly opposing OP-ED piece.
By censoring it you portray the same NAZI behavior you supposedly rail against. Are you afraid that because it's so valid it's a threat to your vision? Are you afraid it might actually make people THINK?
To censor "Letter to Grace" indeed sets you to be as bad as any government or dictator’s tyranny –You’re Hitler in a lamb’s coat. You’re no better than those you point the finger at and as far as I am concerned your liberal hypocrisy is nothing short of pathetic and criminal.
While of course they'll laugh and hit delete but in the back of their little pea brains they'll know the truth.Last edited by Samuel Whittemore; 06-25-2016, 1:43 PM."There is no such thing as gun control. "Them" knowing the truth matters not. Them stiffling the truth through censorship, not allowing others the truth is what matters. While of course they'll laugh and hit delete but in the back of their little pea brains they'll know the truth.
The acceptance of the lie as truth by the populous, can also be accelerated. As is being done by liberal propagandists here in the US. The Bias Stream Media [BSM] simply censors, ignores or drastically downplays "truth". While vehemently promoting the "lie" loudly and often."Control the media, you control the people, if you tell a lie loud enough and often enough, the people will come to believe it the truth"
Even democrats will agree that Joseph Goebbels was a Nazi turd. But when it came to swaying the masses through propaganda, he was the most brilliant turd the world has known.
When you point out that Dems and their liberal controlled media, have taken propaganda lessons from the Nazi party. It really, really pisses them off. Because they know it is true. But since it works for them, they will not change.
And we are stuck with the truths that no one hears.

Ummmmm.... She does realize it turned out that he WAS gay, had an ongoing relationship with a man, so this whole thing has since played out as a vengeful man that felt jilted by the gay Latin community whom he longed to be a part of, that he felt were ostracizing him and not letting him into their circle?
Grace Dolan-Sandrino: But Omar Mateen’s hatred for my community echoes the headlines I see about rightwing fundamentalists of other faiths who call for discrimination against people like me — and for the erasure of my rights as a human being.
His hatred echoes the oppression, arrests, and killings of my black and Latino brothers and sisters on the streets, in schools, and in our prisons. It reflects the cruelty of those who want to keep Muslims and Latinos away from our country — by force — and who still want to keep LGBTQ people from marrying each other.
There is the 911 call and Fakebook posts claiming some distant ISIS claims or tributes, but in reality, it's turning out he was no different than Elliot Rodgers in harboring resentful feelings toward society and hopeful romance that neither rejected him nor bowed down to him.
But he was a frequent guest at the club. He had an ongoing gay relationship, and quests for contacts with other gay men on things like Tinder or such. He lived with another gay man for a while.
So a gay man, pissed off, shot other gay people. The pent-up hate was about a lack of getting a reach-around or failure to be fawned out of some bizarre sense of entitlement, no different than Rodgers up in Isla Vista, CA, not because they were gay.-----------------------------------------------

It remains unclear as of yet, whether he was bi or homosexual, or not. Latest from FBI is "No evidence of any male lovers". His ex-wife claims he had "tendencies".
People are to willing to grasp at straws to explain the unexplainable.
Pretty much settled he had been to Pulse on multiple occassions. Including earlier that evening. Was he "Casing"? Or was he "Trolling"? Remains unclear. Same with the web site allegations.
Did this specific turd target "The Pulse" as his chosen target? Obviously. Just as others have chosen McDonalds, or schools, or theaters, or Gov Buildings. That does not mean there is an all out conflict against homosexuals by right wingers, as Grace chooses to imply.
Lanza hated the school his mother worked at. Columbine turds hated the school they went to. Navy yard shooter and S Berdoo shooters chose their employers as have others.
Each turd, chooses a target for reasons that reasonable people will never understand. What all these turds and their targets do have in common. Is that they are all "SOFT TARGET-GUN FREE ZONES". Where attacking will also illicit a huge media response.
Look at the turds who went all Jihad down in Texas. Got their Butts shot off and 3 days later they were just dead turds. No big media campaign to keep their atrocity alive. No political traction there. So move along folks, nothing to see here.
Anti2A politicians and their lapdog media whores choose to label this atrocity the worst "mass shooting". Because it serves their purpose rather than calling it what is was. "MASS MURDER" The tools used by the murderer are unimportant.
The worst 'SCHOOL MASS MURDER" was in IIRC 1927. The Bath School attacker used molotov coctails to murder 44 people 38 of them children, and injured scores more. After killing his wife and burning his farm. The worst "MASS MURDER" in US history was in 1990 in a night club in NYC. The HAPPYLAND MASSACRE. As it was called. 84 died of smoke inhalation and being burned to death.
Where were the political and media cries of.
Ban Gas?
Actually the more I reread Grace's letter the less empathy I have for her. She is choosing to publicly portray herself as a victim to garner sympathy for her cause. And deny rights of others. It does not appear she wants "equality".
And equality is all America has to offer. What a person does with it, is up to them.

Right back at ya - gay man says Mateen (his lover) was gay. I realize Snopes is discrediting this, but why?
Seems to me the FBI is intent on making this an issue about random lone-wolf madness, as if they WANT it to be, so you also have to ask about that angle. Maybe because they botched this investigation from the very beginning, ignored warning signs, and they have WANT the ability to create a broader "no fly" list to prohibit gun purchases on a wider basis?
Equally, if they can show it's an obscure random action, can't they use that to their liking to simply vilify the AR15 and not the individual?
Lastly, what makes Snopes credible? Do you really think they have a first-person rapport with the FBI?
More than one person has said he frequented the clubs and was using gay-meeting apps. A large percentage of the gay community fed off this incident wanting it to be ABOUT hate and anti-homosexual sentiment in this country, as did this "Grace" individual. So why would a number of those within that gay community come out with such stories about Mateen being one of them or having circulated among them?
What would be their motive?

And Bi? if you're "Bi" - you're gay. Gay actions = gay.Last edited by The Gleam; 06-25-2016, 9:33 PM.-----------------------------------------------

Geeez Gleam, chill a bit.
"Remains unclear" is not a refute. It is what it is, which is just what I wrote. "Unclear". Because I recognize all of the conflicting input at this time.
Are you implying that the Federal Burrow of Inadequacy would lie to CTA, or obsfucate facts to the public to support a political agenda from the DOJ or administration?
What next, ATF telling lies and obsfucating facts to CTA re illegal firearm sales to drug cartels?
Wink, Wink, Nudge, Nudge
My entire point was that different whacks pick different targets as personal choices. This particular whack chose The Pulse for reasons we will never know. Because he is now a good whack [dead]. I just wish whacks would Man Up and shoot themselves before they MASS MURDER a bunch of innocents that they most times, don't even know.
In this the Media is culpable by giving them the notoriety they crave for their depraved acts against humanity.
Were his 911 calls proclaiming loyalty to ISIS. Trying to make a last ditch appeal to Alah. Just a cover for his own unresolved insurmountable personal internal conflicts re his sexuality v his religious beliefs?

Likely the same reason so many others tell stupid lies after incidents. Even signing confessions when they were in the next state at the time. Why did so many eye witnesses swear that Michael Brown was shot in the back while he had his hands up?What would be their motive?
NOTORIETY, to be the center of attention for a while, instead of loser nobodies they see themselves as. It happens and just makes more "UNCLEAR" actual accounts of happenings.
Bi, is not a complicated concept to understand. Since Bi means [2].And Bi? if you're "Bi" - you're gay. Gay actions = gay.
GWG, is doing a service to all of us 2A advocates with his effort to spread the word. No American deserves to be made a helpless victim. Hopefully Grace will see that wisdom.Last edited by pacrat; 06-25-2016, 10:18 PM.Comment

BINGO! Dude! --you nailed it
God I love the truth! So often it's short, concise and kind of like being beaned on the head with a 2 x 4.
Thank you!Last edited by Samuel Whittemore; 06-30-2016, 6:28 PM."There is no such thing as gun control. There is only centralizing gun ownership in the hands of a small, political elite and their minions." --Stefan MolyneuxComment

Well now... Pleased to report and much to my surprise, the the credit of "The Downey Patriot", I have to report back that they actually posted online my reply to Grace Dolan Sandrino. While I wish they printed it I'll be happy with what I got.
thedowneypatriot.com/articles/an-open-letter-to-grace-dolan-sandrino
With any luck the little girl will read it before she's thoroughly, irreversibly brain washed / indoctrinated."There is no such thing as gun control. There is only centralizing gun ownership in the hands of a small, political elite and their minions." --Stefan MolyneuxComment

Well Done Sir,
Since their "print" edition doesn't hit the street until friday [weekly publication].
It may still make the driveway of all Downey residents.
I will call tomorrow and ask. If they say no, I will request that they publish it in next weeks edition.

Oh very COOL! If you have any pull there --ask them to print the updated version that our very own Kestryll (from here) helped me with a few changes that made it flow better. The updated version is in my original post here or also on Snipers Hide. Thanks be to you and again to Kestryll.Well Done Sir,
