Long Hot Summer: 'smash & grab' drive-thru gun shop robberies...

There's been an upsurge in gunshop robberies...

    - stolen cars used
    - cars driven thru the front window & even security gate of gunshop
    - display etc. guns grabbed quickly - deposited into chase car
    - no messing around with lock details, safes, etc. - "smash & grab"
    - all gone before alarm/PD response time

This has happened in decades past for sheer theft purposes, but is of a different nature today.

Word has reached me of legit suspicion in LE circles - including BATF - that these may be affiliated with offshoots
of the BLM movement - (And I don't mean the execrable Bureau of Land Management idiots, either.) for "long hot
    summer" associated with "political" protests.

[I have some sympathies with some subtexts of the BLM movement's issues as civil rights matters - except they've
chosen poor representatives, champions and people to champion and completely destroyed their mission.]

But this sounds like ultra-left unrest backed by descendants of the old Wobblies, Weather Underground & Red Army
movements - and armed not for protection against any gov't thuggery, but for attacks on voting population.

    If you're a gunshop owner...
    • rapid alarms, direct to police
    • hi-res video recording, hidden cameras, extra 'dud' cameras
    • barriers, barriers, barriers! more barriers!
    • open store: don't have half-dozen copies of one gun type displayed
    • closed store: no more guns in "gun racks" w/just lock rack/security chain
    • closed store: no guns left in display cases, regardless if locking
    • closing time: ALL guns moved to real vault/safes
    • multiple staff required to unlock store/disable alarm
    • owners/staff need self-awareness of being followed to/from store

I hope the criminal register the guns they stole so the law abiding sheep will feel safe.
California's politicians and unionized government employees are a crime gang that makes the Mexican drug cartels look like a Girl Scout Troop in comparison.

Are stolen handguns limited to one per 30 days? Dammit, these people are breaking gun laws...
sigpicThe right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The original common sense gun law...

If Trump wins, expect it to get physical in the ghettos and along the border.

Good grief; is this 1969? Where is Patty Hearst?
