ALERT: Senate Education Committee Passes Anti Gun Research Bill
Earlier today, the Senate Education Committee passed SB 1006, with the only no votes coming from the two Republican members.
The bill, authored by Senator Lois Wolk (D-Davis) seeks to establish the California Firearm Violence Research Center within the University of California (UC) system.
Within this new taxpayer-funded center, the UCs will be hiring the enemies of the Second Amendment in order to study ways to take away YOUR guns.

Now, instead of using their budget to lower tuition for your children and make college more affordable, Senator Wolk believes the University of California should spend their money on devising ways to steal your guns.
This is not just an attack on gun owners; it is a slap in the face to every UC student that pays their way through college. Elitist Democrats believe that taking away a Constitutional Right is more important than the education of your children.
Now that the bill has passed the Senate Education Committee, it will head to the Senate Public Safety Committee.
