Had this sent to me on FB by a friend who is more of a left/libertarian - he is a "non-party line" MoveOn member, and disagrees with them on gun control. Like many here, he feels that implementing "Common Sense" gun control laws would largely involve repealing at least 90% of the current gun laws and regulations.
This is a petition to hold legislators accountable for the predictable outcomes of their ridiculous anti-gun legilation. It is a pro-gun, pro-freedom petition, that uses MoveOn's petition system to adavnce the cause of freedom (unlike most of their activities).
Governor Brown recently signed a law that guarantees killers that they will not have to risk encountering armed staff members when they decide to target children in our schools.
This is a strategy that has proven to enable killers to murder more victims in a short amount of time. It denies school staff and parents whoa re on campus the basic human right to self-defense.
Mr. Brown should be ashamed to have entered into this conspiracy to enable murderers to kill our schoolchildren.
There is a petition to The California State House, The California State Senate, and Governor Jerry Brown, which says:
"When mass shootings occur in areas where politicians have created easily accessible pools of defenseless targets, the politicians who voted for or signed succh legislation shall be tried as accomplices to the murders."
