Hi.

I am not sure what forum to ask this in, so I will just ask here. Feel free to move it.

I was wondering about this. Lets say I buy a lower from somewhere out of state. The process would be me paying the vendor for the receiver, and me paying my FFL for the transfer and DOJ fee. So now the receiver is mine.

What if later down the road I want to sell it to someone. I will have to do it through an FFL. The buyer will have to pay the DOJ and FFL fee. Will there be another fee for the seller?
