100% Roster Expiration for 2016

If I'm wrong, then someone please correct me...

I just looked at the CA DOJ site and ALL Semi-Auto Handguns Roster Certs expire on 1/1/16. My local FFL has been unable to fins out why ALL Gun Makers are not-Re-upping.

This is a HUGE problem if all we can buy are used handguns!!

Wont happen, but I hope no one re-ups. THEN we can finally sue the DOJ.
