    Magazines questions

Got few questions regarding magazines, I guess I am getting old.

    1) . When was the last time Californians were able to buy guns like Beretta 92, Sig P226 etc with STD CAP magazines?

2). When was the last time ( year) peopel could buy std magazines LEGALLY in Ca?

3). When did the whole rebuild kit thing started?

    1&2 are 12/31/1999.

    3. Started very slowly, even after getting from permission in writing from the DOJ to import kits to repair lawfully acquired magazines. It didn't really take off until 2009ish, I think.

No, spaceghost had it - the large-capacity mag law went into effect 1 Jan 2000.

And, this is not about litigation, so closed.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

              Under the 1994-2004 ban...
              1. Large capacity magazines made after 09-1994 could not be sold to non-exempt persons.
              2. Large capacity magazine made before 09-1994 could still be sold to non-exempt persons.

So in California gun stores 15 round magazines were not sold with new guns since 1994? People could still buy magazines till 2000 from other sources. Sounds about right?
