Getting rights back after a 5150 - hearing

What happens if I requested a private hearing on getting the prohibition lifted because of a 5150? What do I bring with me or who? What are my chances? I was let go at 52 hours, so they hold wasn't for 72 hours. Also, wasn't found to have any mental problems. It was just a "moment". Thanks! County of San Mateo, if that helps.

You are not going to get the help that you need from here, start with an attorney and end the process with an attorney.

You might want to retain attorney Don Kilmer of San Jose. He's familiar with these kind of matters and local.
