Heller. Funny how they always leave out the "most acute in the home" part.....Heller NEVER EVER EVER said "ONLY in the home", it simply said....in response to the question asked in that case, that of all places, ones right to self defense is most acute in the home.

And they really love turning a blind eye to Heller's definition of what "bear" means.... "to wear or carry upon the person, in clothing or in a pocket" and "being armed for immediate defense in case of confrontation".

The article is not very accurate.

Read Thomas' dissent at the end of Peruta rulling - it's more about the *question* that was in front of the court and much less about anything else. He was trying to use the "CA-2/3/4 dodge."
