So, if we opt out, we preserve our rights to sue CA DOJ for any damages or loss incurred by us due to this apparent "doxxing" of CCW holders, is that right?
If the above is true, could Cal Guns members initiate a lawsuit and seek settlement from Ca DOJ? If these two items are indeed the case, I have reason to believe each and every CCW holder in the State of California should receive $ 1,000,000.00 to secure themselves and their families against any threats they could receive from vehement anti 2 A actors.

Furthermore, to ensure the politicized DOJ will think twice before engaging in any future anti 2 A activity, representatives of all major California gun rights organizations shall have veto power on any existing and future firearms legislation.
Give a Hoot, don't Pollute, your brain with Leftist propaganda!

I received my letter today. I haven't lived in CA gor 4.5 years and have free credit monitoring from no less than 4 data breaches in the last two years.
The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.

Also got mine yesterday. Looks like we left CA about the same time.
