AB-1483 to remove more than 1 gun in PPT and Nguyen vs Becerra

Starting 2025, AB-1483 removes the exempt to buy more than 1 gun per 30 day from PPT. How does this become effective when Nguyen vs Becerra is won?

The bill status is 'chaptered', that is, passed by the legislature, signed by the governor, added to CA Penal Code.

      Key indicator:
      Assembly Bill No. 1483
      CHAPTER 246

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Thanks Librarian. I read on KTLA that's effective starting Jan 2025. What's your thought on that bill AB-1483 vs the case of Nguyen v Becerra? Does the case of Nguyen v Becerra overrule AB-1483?

Will Nguyen vs Becerra override this or is it back to 1 in 30 Jan 1?

I doubt they could implement this because an almost identical law was already enjoined. Similar thing seemed to happen with Renna when the roster 3 for 1 was altered after it was enjoined to exclude microstamping, but they can't implement the law change due to the injunction.
