Firearm rights restored

Question the court dismissed and vacated my charge and said I am no longer prohibited. Went to buy my firearm denied my background check was not updated. I even sent copies to the fbi and spoke with them on the phone (NICS) they told me on the phone they are not denying me but they are going by what?s on my calif rap sheet the old charge has not showed up amended yet. I did a background check and it is not up dated I was cleared july 14th 2023 the court clerk told me I should be fine to buy .. lol I wasn?t
So I filled out the paperwork that came with the background check
For inaccurate Record and I sent a copy of the court order with it?.
How long do you think it takes to get back updated. And I also did the same thing for the firearm record review don?t know if I need to. And glad I have a cool firearm dealer
He said would hold it no matter how long and I have to DROS all over again over 30 days . Any advice people please do I need to do anything else or just Sit back and wait

The advice there is
1) get a lawyer
2) do what the lawyer tells you.

Until you do that, there is nothing anyone can do for you.
