Did County Counsel just commit perjury? I thought Chewy took his psych a long time ago?? Her message indicates he took / passed it just last month and was issued a month later???

The case is far from over. Koppel's constitutional rights were denied when he was forced to submit to a psychological examination in order to exercise rights protected by the Second Amendment. The fact he passed is irrelevant. He should never have been denied the right to keep and bear. The matter is not mute since the law amended by SB2 includes the phsych requirement.

Everything ok? I recognize that it's the holiday season and people are busy but a week's absence is worrying.
