Perhaps I have become too jaded concerning our legal system, I expect cases like these to take many years all the while our rights are being abused.

As it stands now the young idiots spend years playing computer shooter games and then buy a rifle when they turn 18.

When I was in high school they actually had an indoor rifle range on campus. How far we have fallen
Places like Yemen and Afghanistan have high rates of gun ownership. And people their own actual military guns.

And yet, they don't suffer from random killing sprees. One is currently a war zone but there hasn't been like some random looney one day went wacko and started shooting up the mosque. Or with Afghanistan where we haven't heard of a massive shooting spree despite the guns left behind.

It is like Amsterdam and drugs when the drugs are legal, you have less addictions and less drug crime. Seems that Afghanistan is the Amsterdam of firearms.

It's nice to see there's at least some sanity on the 9th.

I have always found ways to contribute in some form or another to the growth of 2A exercise for youth and the next generation. Be it through the distribution of free ammunition, acting as a CRSO at our local club events, donation of equipment, or simply allowing young shooters to try out various firearms in a safe environment, I will continue to do so undeterred by the likes of these communist legislators, their AG, or that crap stain of a governor we have. California can go suck it.
We need to keep up the fight in the courts and anywhere else we can.

The only reason this favorable outcome occurred is because the Ninth Circuit has a solid track record of defending First Amendment rights. If not for the overwhelmingly free speech-based arguments, gun rights plaintiffs would have lost.

Nonetheless, I celebrate the legal victory.

Imagine if the California DOJ did anything other than defending the worst policies imaginable while simultaneously suing the federal government to block enforcement actions that help the American people.
