Most definitely 2A implications. Sets a precedent that an Agency can't simply claim "Chevron" and do what they want with impunity.

A definite plus for 2A suits against ATF over reaches.

With this Court they best do more than cite old precedents. This Court has a habit of crafting carve-outs for whatever case is before them. They get larger majorities that way.

After Bruen, how do you think SCOTUS is going to look at all those
Onerous Anti 2A regulations that are unsupported by actual legislation?

Chevron decision was poorly worded and left major loop holes for all the Alphabet Soup Agencies to abuse.

If they truly felt that case had merit. They should have worded their response in a responsible way.
