Which 50 Cases Denied? re: Duncan v. Bonta

In the Writ of Certiorari for Duncan v. Bonta at page 17-18 the 9th circuits en banc panels opinion , Judge VanDykes dissent is referenced. Stating: This is referenced several times in the writ of cert. Tracing that back to the en banc panel opinion, at page 155 (dissent starts at page 143), Judge VanDyke writes:

In those few instances where a panel of our court
has granted Second Amendment relief, we have without fail
taken the case en banc to reverse that ruling.
During the dissent I find reference to the following:

    Mai v. United States
Jackson v. City & Cnty. of San Francisco
    Pena v. Lindley
    Fyock v. City of Sunnyvale

Which "50 Second Amendment challenges since Heller" are referred to? Can we name them all? Bonus: Which and how many Second Amendment challenges have been supportive of the right in the ninth circuit (and how long ago were those) in all of it's history?

The two biggies that jump into mind are.

      [1] ... DUNCAN itself &

      [2] ... PERUTA

The 9th CIRCUS has a history of Contortionist Semantics in support of keeping the Second Amendment a Second Class low level right.

It is what it is. Lets hope the SC grows a backbone and finally makes a ruling with some teeth in it. It is long over due.

              Teixeira v Alameda County
              Silvester v Harris

Note there have been many summary judgments under the ones we’re coming up with, so there may not be 50 “new ground” cases.
