Might be wise to limit the legal theory until there is some kind of ruling. Legal teams excluded but I doubt you will hear from them until it's over. As someone above stated this will probably be about schedules for filings and hearings. Getting them all there probably lessons the chance for people asking for delays going forward. Or I could be very wrong JMO

I kind of doubt Benitez would drag all these 2A cases and people into the same courtroom a couple weeks before Christmas JUST to have a scheduling conference or other administrative crap that could easily be done by telephone or online.

He strikes me as a guy that doesn’t suffer fools or unnecessary BS. He also has a flair for dropping big case decisions just before holidays. So we shall see. I remain cautiously optimistic that he will issue at least one or more permanent injunctions soon.

Phone/zoom makes it MUCH more complicated because you have to go back and forth and some lawyers will say they have to check with clients etc.
When you make everyone come in person who has an interest, they show up and it's all handled quickly because the clients are there with the lawyers and they can speak privately for a moment and then a response is made immediatly instead of hours/days/weeks later.
When you have all these different cases but some of the same players, it's much more of a scheduling problem for the court so it's best to nail it all down as soon as possible so the process can proceed as quickly as possible without the lawyers who desire to drag out the process to actually BE ABLE to drag out the process.
Phone/zoom enables those lawyers who might want to drag it out as long as possible.
Courtroom cuts that off right away.

As someone else said, likely no actual decisions right during the session. All of them together are 2a. I'd like to see the people in person, and get some sort of impression.

Typically, a covid mask and a state ID card to get into the federal court building.

Not likely many clients/plaintiffs will be there . I know one will be but they must sit in gallery just like everyone else . I’ve been there several times for one case or another and the hall is relatively quite with just a couple people there . With 4 different cases being heard at same time with all the different lawyers for each case and clients/public . That’s going to be one busy hallway and court room haha
