About 15 years ago, I was next at the front desk of a motel just outside of Portland, OR. The person in front of me said to the clerk, "in California they do XXX". In wanted to tell him, go get on I-5 South and in a few hours you will be in California. Then when it was turn, I apologized for the treatment she got from an A-H Californian.

At my house, Amazon and USPS couriers tend to leave packages out on the driveway, while FedEx and especially UPS treat deliveries with more care. However, I know people with entirely different experiences, so everything comes down to individual workers.

i concur. sometimes packages were left behind a car parked outside our garage. so i'm thinking maybe substitute drivers were doing this when the regulars are under the weather.

dang! usps leave packages by the garage but ups, fedex and amazon are great in our neighborhood. they leave the packages by the covered front entrance.

Just received notification from Maryland Munitions (https://www.mmiammo.com/) that the order I placed on 2/2 has shipped. Another one of the good guys.

Another update. I placed an order to Botach on 2/1. Got an email from them on 2/4 that it was shipped. Looked at UPS tracking they supplied and said label created waiting for product. Has been saying that all week until this afternoon. Now it says, "shipment cancelled". Still no word from Botach.

Kinda like hearing about a car accident on TV then finding out from the same TV station that your kid was killed in the accident and not from the hospital or the police.

Oh well. At least Brownells came through.

Another update. I placed an order to Botach on 2/1. Got an email from them on 2/4 that it was shipped. Looked at UPS tracking they supplied and said label created waiting for product. Has been saying that all week until this afternoon. Now it says, "shipment cancelled". Still no word from Botach.

Kinda like hearing about a car accident on TV then finding out from the same TV station that your kid was killed in the accident and not from the hospital or the police.

Oh well. At least Brownells came through.

Yeah it looks like Botach got cold feet. Personally I don?t mind for myself. It was actually funny, because they were one of the first to offer sales, so I bought a case form them. I then saw more places open up sales and cheaper also, so I emailed them to cancel the order. They replied back with, sorry it?s been assigned a shipping label and can?t be cancelled. I was fine with it, it wasn?t a big deal. Now I check the shipping label and it says cancelled, and I expect to get an email in the next few days that it was cancelled.
