Don't nonchalantly head up to your refuge thinking it will be open.

As of now the following are closed:
Delevan
Grizzly Island West Family Unit
Howard Slough
Little Dry Creek
Sutter
and rumour is Yolo is flooded but it's not posted as closed
Yolo being flooded makes sense b/c it's in the bypass. Can anybody give a first hand account?
