    Niland public dove hunting fields.

Are the Niland fields open all year long for hunting or only during dove season?

I'm not sure I understand your question. You can only hunt doves in season.

Unless you mean "open to wander around but not shoot anything".

I heard that in Imperial Valley you can hunt Eurasian doves all year long, so I was wonder if we can hunt in those fields for Eurasian doves.

Isn't there a late season for all doves as well? Also there are bunnies in some of those fields that can be hunted til December or January. But I don't know the answers to OP's question.

OP- yes, you may hunt those fields year round, just make damn sure you only shoot animals that are currently in season. FYI, most if not all of those fields are lousy for Euros. When planted, they are great for mourning dove and the occasional white-wing dove.

And yes, there is a second season for mourning dove and white-wing dove. It runs from November 8th to December 22nd.

I thought the second season was only for morning dove. White-wing isn't part of it. White-wing are gone by then anyway. Euros all year long Ca and Az.

My interpretation is that mourning dove and white wing are good to go for second season.
