Sooty and ruffed grouse season started on September 13th and runs for 31-days, anyone been out?
My Uncle reports a good amount of ruffed grouse up at our families ranch in southern Humboldt county east of Garberville, he's taken several over the past two weeks; my son and I will be up there this week hunting deer and will be getting out mid-day looking for grouse, we're taking off on Wednesday for 5-days.
