Kelsey area hunters, I have private land access.

In laws have 110 acres near the American river. I want to hunt it this year. Need some general info on hunting in the area.

Some of the biggest bucks come from private land in D- 5. I live near Coloma, just down stream from Kelsey, deer and turkeys are plentiful. So are bear, mountain lion, bobcat, coyote, grey fox. Be happy to take you out exploring some time.

I hunted up there on a private ranch, lots of game. Get out there and start scouting.

There could be some great bucks and turkeys in that area. Get yourself a couple game cams before you come up. Bring lots of no hunting / no trespassing sings to make sure your property is posted...
