Because the poor little defenseless endangered protected extremely rare cute cuddly innocent beautiful majestic coyote was RUTHLESSLY MURDERED!!!!! The "Suspect" must get the CHAIR!!!

The shooter just made a bad shot, it happens, I have shot them out of my second story bedroom window, with a bow of course, BTW, Tahoe has some of the best Coyote hunting in the Sierras, if any of you guys need some spots PM me.
