Geese flying North for the Winter?

I've seen flocks of geese flying north the past few days. I can't remember that happening, they are normally not seen flying north in January.

Does nature know something we don't?

Not to mention the wildlife I have scouted lately looks thinner.

The shifting of magnetic poles is really throwing things off.

When it warms up or thaws out up north geese and ducks will reverse migrate all the time. Its not uncommon at all.

That's what I was thinking, everybody else in So Cal thinks it's summer, maybe they do too.

As long as they hang around long enough that the Late goose season isn't a bust, I'll be happy
