best copper bullet for big game?

Since everyone is talking about copper, which bullet do you all plan to use?
In 2009, I used Barnes 140gr ttsx in a 7 mag and lost a big bear at 30 yards. Blood trail was good for 50 yards and nothing after that. Bear wasn't recover. I should of blasted the bear in the head or shoulder but I went for the kill zone.
What are you guys planning to use when this Bill goes in effect?

What are we supposed to do with our bp hawkens in .54 cal. Sabot bullets require different rifling spin.

My research says high velocity and heavy resistance (big bone) is the "key" to quick kills with Barnes or equivalents.

I believe most CA that hunt the condor zone already use and know what works and shot placement to take when it comes to big game. I've used Barnes ttsx and haven't had any issues. I do believe that shot placement is different using copper than lead.

My concern is upland game. There are a lot less options now for non lead.

You are WRONG WRONG WRONG. The ban shall be fully implemented by 7/2019, but it will be largely phased in much earlier than that. Likely by 2015. Watch and see.
