Having a hard time making up my mind. A buddy and I both have 10 deer points in WY. Could hunt one of the western general units next year, and battle the crowds, or somewhere else. Not after huge bucks, but always nice. Anyone with recent experience out there that wants to give some input, let me know.

They are all full and deer numbers are in the dirt .
go some where you know and have a great time . Be a medium buck shooter or be ready to eat tag soup . As soon as I burn my points in Wyoming it's unlikely I'll be buying in any more . Too easy to get bent over by point creep .Comment

Not a whole lot to say. The mulies seem bigger in western Wyoming, maybe it's from competing with the grizzly bears. But I don't shoot mule deer in western Wyoming since there's so many white tail around.
