Nice racks are much better. You can grab both sides of the rack to help stabilize while mounting.

Thank you for sharing and sorry for your lost. Just curious what weapon you use to shoot coyotes- mini-14, AR-15 or some thing else?

I mostly use a bolt action 223 or 243.This was a farm cat that was out hunting mice early this morning and became the hunted.

I wonder why the coyote left that. That's very unusual, they normally carry small animals off and if they can't consume the others will. A coyote can carry and or drag it's own weight for at least a 1/2 mile.

Show this to the city slicker tardy who argue against yote killing in OT. Yotes do this to calves, cuddly deer fawns, domestic dogs, Etc.

That kill looks more like something a cat would do. Perhaps a bobcat?

Anyways if you leave your cats out, it may either get killed by a predator or run over by a car.

We don't have any bobcats in the farm lands of Merced county.I am pretty sure it's a coyote I have been seeing them lately when I cut alfalfa .Should have took my rifle with me this morning I had one broadside at 150 yards while out checking hay.
I didn't mean in my title it was my pet but a pet in general so people would be warned when they saw it.

I am thinking about posting it in ot but last time I posted a video of me shooting squirrels they all attached me lol.
