Kiddo did it… called him in from an hillside over, he came in hot . I was sprinting to the blind when I realized how fast he was coming . Took 2 shots but a super nice mountain bird for him . Best part was he cooked turkey nuggets himself to bring to school to share.

Awesome! My boy and I had the same thing happen on the opener but the Tom would not hop the fence to finish. We played with him for about 30 mins before he went after a couple hens. We will try again this week!
