    Frist ever King Salmon

    I'll keep it short.
    Got invited to join some friends on a private boat. We launched out of Avila on Monday morning.
    A full morning of fishing we bagged two of these.

                          Thanks everyone.

                          Last night we cooked the collars on the grill and froze the rest. Then this morning I removed the belly meat to defrost.

                          Sashimi tonight.                           Tomorrow baked Salmon with Dill sauce.....

                                      I guess you to be right. Believe it or not I am even a little Jealous, because I know the guys I got to go with are going back again and taking someone else. But I can't complain that's for sure.
