Game Camera Pics 2024 Edition

I'm going to update this weekly or so when I get interesting photos. I have a few game cameras around the farm and get some pretty good photos occasionally. These guys are going to be in velvet until October so there is a lot of growing left to do.

This is "Split" because of his double brow tine.

I'm going fishing in Minnesota this weekend so I pulled the camera cards a little early.

Here's a photo of Bud, he'll be a big 10 point in a couple of months


This is the one we call Heavy 8 because of the mass he carries in his bases and brow tines.


This is a younger (2.5 - 3.5) year old 8 Point


This is a yearling and he's already building a 7-point rack. He was born with his twin sister last spring and when he was a fawn he was injured on his left flank so he's easily identifiable. I see him daily in my back pasture. He's the kind of genetics that I'm trying to protect.

Here's a coyote at midmorning. That's my barn in the background, my garage to the left and a new foundation for a shop in the middle.

I put the corn feeder out today as it's legal after July 31st. Hopefully we will start concentrating the deer during the daylight hours.

These are the two, 8 pointers that we call "The Brothers" because they are always together.


These two are yearling twins, the buck has the scar on his side so he's easily recognized.

I actually flushed this one while I was out pulling the memory cards from the cameras. The next photo on the camera was me driving up in the the side-by-side.

This guy was in the background of a photo of another young 8 point. I blew up and cropped the photo, I can't see exactly what he is, but he's big.

Antlers are starting to harden and the bucks are starting to bother the does.
