Cancellation Hunt July 2012 - Eastern Cape

Dear members!

We have just received a cancellation. Arrival date is scheduled for 05 July 2012 with 7 full hunting days. The hunt will be conducted from our
Luxury Lodges. A deposit forfeit of $1000 is being offered. This hunt is non animal specific, so you may choose your species.
There might be a possibility to adjust the dates slightly. This will need to be confirmed.

The following are included in your Safari:
All accommodation, food and beverages for the duration the Safari
Services of a licensed professional hunter, tracker and ground staff
Transport to and from the airport as well as all ground transport for the duration of the Safari
Field preparation of trophies and forwarding them to a taxidermist or shipping agent of your choice.
14% Government Tax on day rates.
Hunting Licence.


The following are excluded in your Safari:
Taxidermy
Shipping charges for your trophies to your own country.
All flights
Accommodation before and after your safari dates.

Gentleman,
Sorry, I did not make myself clear enough.The deposit of $1000 has been foreited. Therefore you receive credit for the full deposit towards your safari. ie. Credit of $1000
Day Rates @ $320 per day
Trophy fees as per our trophy pricelist on our website.
