      Where i hunt pigs ( cali open farm land ) the avg weight would be around 175-200lbs have seen one as big as a cow there, but me trying to drag that big of a pig for a few miles not happing.

          WFK- Check out the picture thread (forget what its called) for some other pigs and big pigs from here in CA. Bigboarstopper has posted some toads that he/friends/clients have shot.

              I have 3 buddies who live in Texas and they confirmed this also. Ignore seacow, he talks out a different hole than his mouth.
              Easy way to. settle this. You post your three biggest hogs and the seacow can post his.

                    They feed those hogs in Texas before they shoot em. Good shootin op, good eating hogs. The smaller ones like those are great.

                      In Texas, if you got the money you can shoot them. If you are from San francisco though you only gotta drive an hour and a half to do the same thing though.

                              lol at everyone up talking the .223 here and saying how good it is for killing hogs when he said he shot 6 and only recovered 4, did we forget that? Is that a good example of how effective the .223 is? I bet you if he was using a .300 win mag he would have found all 6 im not saying it cant be done ethically but you just lower your chances and its the animal that ends up paying the price.
