Then you should be asking me for an account to the mapping site huh. A pm will suffice. Include your email addy and I'll set you up an account. Look for yellow on the maps. Find interesting spots, then do more research on them. The closest places really are panoche and that area and up around cache creek / lake berryessa.

FWIW, I prefer to go to those 2 places for informal plinking myself. If you're up for a bit of giggle later in the month I can take you down there and show you around. I'd really rather show you the area and all the little places with sub-sets of rules than find you on the side of County Road J1 with a BLM map in your hand scratching your head as to what you can or can't do there.
