    First brown shed of the year, found it saturday while glassing some deer. A couple bucks still had their horns, but it appears they are dropping fast. At least up in Norcal, the elk will be next.

        unethical. did you ask those animals permission to take those? how will that affect the herd?

          Good find looks like about a week old max on the brown one. The older ones look to be in good shape, usually a year old shed gets a little eaten up by the squirrels around here.
