Is that the so called meat in his 99 cent tacos?

I hear if ya marinate with red wine overnight it tenderizes the meat or cook as a stew. Haven't tried it tho.

It tenderizes but it will dry the meat faster when you cook it.

So what you're saying it's a moot point? Don't marinade, it's tough and stringy. Marinade, it's dry (and maybe tough)? Sounds like a lose/lose to me. I guess you're right... Jerky is the way to go. Are cottontails the same also? I've shot 'em just never ate either one of 'em. Way back in the day, our small airport used to have hunters come in and kill off abunch of the jacks when they got too plentiful cuz hitting 'em was tough on the landing gears of small aircraft. Sigh... the good old days.

Can you get an out of state NV license to hunt rabbits, that doesnt cost an arm and a leg?

No license required in Nevada for yotes, blacktailed jackrabbits, skunk, raccoon, ground squirrels, badger, weasel, or ring-tailed cat.

There is a season on White-tailed Jackrabbits, license required.
