Is it pretty much common sense questions or exactly like the practice tests?

I took the 10 hour class with live fire three or four years ago, as long as you are awake you will do very good on the test. I missed one question because I filled in the wrong bubble by mistake. You will do just fine...

10h? Heh, I had to take a 40h class, not including four theoretical tests and four practical tests, ie static shooting with and without rest for group sizes, moving targets and clays.

Congrats...I took the class in Jan. It's not that bad and you only have to do it once in your life. I went to the class @ Angeles Shooting range. $10. best deal around.

It's not that hard actually, requires some studying and range time. Most people have some problems with the moving target test. It's a moving Moose target @ 80m, four shots all in the "kill zone", repeated three times, for a total of twelve hits for passing.

In my old hunting team (and it's the same with most teams back home) we had to pass the test pre-season every year to be allowed to hunt with the team.

you could go with option 2 get some orange paper and print your own and take it to walmart .....................

Until the day comes that you need have your cert verifed and it is not in the system.......hmm then what does one do???

To daves100: Nothing like trying to defraud the system heh?....All to save $10 and a few hours of not sitting in a room watching videos. Is this how you got your license?

To the Rest: Remember, this Hunter Ed course is geared toward 9-10 yr olds passing it. It is not THAT hard.
