Crows in San Bernardino/Angeles mountains?

I know the season is a few months away, but I was perusing the guidelines and I couldn't figure out what

"south on Interstate 15 to Interstate 10; and east on Interstate 10 to the California-Arizona border." means.

Does that mean crows are off-limits in the Big Bear area?

Crows are considered pests to farmers since they eat a lot of their crops. Crows are tough on other birds' nest as they eat the eggs and young birds. Crows and ravens are also blamed for putting the hurt on endangered young desert tortoises, they tip them over and peck out the meat.

During season I tipically bag 100-150 depending how hard I hunt them.
Why hunt crows? Well, for one thing i love the sight of a trashcan filled with their carcasses, I would guess this is good enough reason. They are good eating too, from what I hear.

This. I have so many of the bastards around my house raising cain every morning around day break. If I was not selling my house and moving I would get a good air rifle and kill them all. They could do a remake of Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds in my neighborhood!
