    Need a hunter safety course.

My lady wants to get her hunting license so I'm trying to find one ASAP so we can make sure she gets it done quick. I would prefer her to take a actual class none of that online half day BS and so on. I will be taking her to the class and i have her studying a hunter safety guide already. Are there any list of of hunter safety courses in the area? I'm in stockton but would travel hopefully not to far but calaveras county, sac, modesto places not to far. Thanks for any and all help!

My Buddy went to the Manteca Range and they asked for his DL and made him fill out forms and wear an arm band just to sight in his rifle for Deer season.

-just one thing to be aware of. Some Hunter Ed classes include live fire and some do not. If that is important to you, you might want to ask when you shop around.

This thread is old but the hunter safety course was not for me. I have been hunting for a long time. The course was for someone else. Anyways yes that is why I don't like manteca they ask for unnecessary s*** and keep your info on a personal laptop.
