Fort Mohave, Bullhead, Mohave Valley guys, where to hunt dove and quail

Getting back into dove and quail hunting after several years. I know it's still early, but can anyone point me towards a decent hunting area? I know I can hunt the Indian land with a permit, already went and talked to them. Looking for state land or BLM to hunt. I need to check out Havasu preserve, but don't know their regulations or if it is non lead. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
